Tumbling and deburring of metal parts and stampings is performed to remove sharp edges, burrs and impurities after cutting, pressing, drilling or sawing. This technology ensures increased safety, functionality and aesthetic appearance of parts before their further use or surface treatment. The basic parameters of individual machines are in the tabs below.
SPIRATRON vibration deburring – deburring with ceramic bodies
Suitable for smaller parts
Tumbling takes place in a tumbling machine, where metal components, together with the tumbling medium (ceramic abrasive bodies), move and the surface is mechanically treated. The movement is ensured by vibrations.
Sanding belt width - 1300mm
Deburring and brushing units
Min. workpiece thickness - 0.5mm
Max. workpiece thickness - 160mm
